Toni Braxton is still the Princess of Soul in our book and we’d kiss our groom instantly once she hit her first note with her sultry voice!

We’d not only want Jill Scott, we’d want her band and her handsome son Jett as our ring bearer. Now that’s the Jill Scott experience. “He Loves Me” her signature song would be sung as we cut the cake….dreamy!

We can just imagine Patti LaBelle in one of her flamboyant ensembles and spiky hair rolling around our wedding hall kicking off her satin heels. We’d love it!

Stevie Wonder…do we really need to say anything here? Mr. Wonder is a natural pick…we’d make sure to have his favorite piano delivered too.

 Maxwell…we can barely type this sentence…our brain is melting at the sheer thought of having Maxwell sing on our big day. We might just forget about the groom.

The talented and ground breaking lyricist Mos Def aka Yasiin Bey, like Ms. Hill would give us a classic hip-hop moment that would be fantastic at the wedding party!

Aretha Franklin probably wouldn’t be in our budget, but we’d sure try for it! This Motown Queen performing on our  big day would be legendary and sure to have guests quietly seething with jealousy and admiration.

RIP Whitney Houston, we would have done anything to have this celebrated singer at our wedding…just the thought of her hitting one of her beautiful high notes, brings tears to our eyes.

 Soul singer and self proclaimed Lip-God Raheem Devaughn would only need to sing his groundbreaking hit on our big day: Guess Who Loves You More…of course we’d want him to wear his crown and take a few snaps with us.

We know this is a long shot but if we could get the ladies of EnVogue back together for our big day we’d certainly do so.
