They Shootin’ (Again)! Violent Celebrity Concerts And Parties

Free Drake Concert
A few years ago, Drake released his “Thank Me Later” album and wanted to properly thank his New York fans for their support by giving them a free concert. However, the plug on the microphone was pulled before the Canadian rapper even got a chance to perform. Thousands gathered at South Street Seaport to see Drake and many forced their way upfront crushing people close to the stage. Other rowdy concert goers tossed flower pots, beer and chairs from the upper floors onto the crowd down below. Police promptly shut the event down.
