Authorities were very busy when the “Legends of the Summer” tour touched down at the Rose Bowl in California last year. More than 60,000 fans descended into the area to watch Jay Z and Justin Timberlake take the stage as part of the all-day event. When all was said and done, three people were arrested for being drunk in public, two people for battery, violating a city ordinance and scalping tickets, and one person was hauled away in handcuffs for domestic battery and evading police in a vehicle.
