Everybody knows the importance of eyebrows. They frame the face, open up the eyes, and in many cases can make the difference between looking beat and looking beat-down. Clearly these 15 celebrities could care less. They’re guilty of committing some of the worst eyebrow offenses we’ve ever seen. IN LIFE.
