If you follow spiritual influencers or practice a variety of manifestation techniques, you may have heard of Mirror Work, aka Mirror Affirmations, but unless you practice this unique style of healing and manifestation, it just sounds like something Naomi Campbell does before hitting the catwalk.
Personally, I believe that now we are firmly in the age of Aquarius, Mirror Work will become quite mainstream. So let’s get all the way into this very cool way of manifesting and building self-esteem!
