The pandemic has had several interesting effects on driving habits and road safety – both good and bad. But one thing is for sure: we’re driving less. Way less. For many households, driving has been limited to essential activities like going to the grocery store or the doctor, leaving some cars collecting dust in garages for months at a time. If you’re part of a multi-car household, you may have realized…you don’t need that many cars. And you certainly save a lot of money by eliminating car payments and their associated insurance policies.
