Oatmeal
You’ve probably found oatmeal in many body scrubs and facemasks throughout cosmetics stores and high-end spas. That’s because this breakfast food is anti-inflammatory and removes dead skin cells, letting moisturizer get deeper into your pores. Combine cooked oatmeal (cooled) with two tablespoons of honey, two tablespoons of yogurt, and one small egg in a bowl. Put the mixture on your face and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing.
