Weinstein who had been staying in an infirmary in Rikers Island will be moved to a prison upstate within 10 days. Prison officials will determine if Weinstein should be housed in his own cell, in a dormitory, with the general population, or in solitary confinement until they decide where he will reside for the duration of his sentencing.
