The 2019 Soul Train Awards took place on Sunday night, and before the big show, there was the colorful red carpet. Everyone who came to celebrate a legendary night in music were decked out in some very chic ensembles with a common thread: they were all very shiny. Bright satin gowns and pantsuits, sparkly dresses and bold looks made out of unique materials like velvet and animal skin caught the light in a very interesting way at the big event in Las Vegas.
