Your Home Is In Need Of Costly Repairs
Over time, every place you live is going to need repairs. However, when the need for repairs starts piling up and becomes increasingly costly, it might be time to move instead of spending large amounts of money on a place that is on the decline.
Take the money that you would spend on the needed repairs and look for a new place instead. A place that is new(er) is probably the best option because you won’t have to worry about any maintenance for a while.
