After a dysfunctional relationship and a tumultuous divorce, WNBA star Brittney Griner has found love again. And she decided to make it official, trying her hand at marriage for the second time. Griner announced her engagement to longtime girlfriend Cherelle Watson recently on Instagram.

Watson also shared her response to Griner’s proposal on her page, writing: “Yes! Yes! And YEEESS! Through highs and lows, you know some of the best and worst parts of me! You are my best friend and biggest advocate! Truly a blessing to be able to do life with you! I love you!”
According to TMZ, these two first met each other when they were students at Baylor University. As we’ve previously reported Griner’s ex, Johnson, has also moved on, choosing to be with a man this time around.
