Phylicia Rashad has done it all over the years. That includes being a regular on a soap (One Life to Live), playing an iconic TV mom (in Clair Huxtable), putting out a disco album, being the first Black woman to win the Tony Award for Best Actress for A Raisin in the Sun, getting married a few times (three) and embracing being a mother. And while she’s had quite the storied career and life, it was definitely a surprise to find out that on this day, she’s turning 70. She sure doesn’t look it!
