People With Certain Conditions Shouldn’t Drink Too Much Water

According to the experts, people with heart conditions, kidney problems, high blood pressure or an edema (a swelling, particularly in the lower legs in this case) should decrease the amount of water they drink in a day.  At the very least, they should not increase their water intake by too much. Excess water can put people at risk for health complications due to their conditions.
