The only guarantee in life is how you respond to things, and one way you can respond is by learning from your setbacks.
You do not need to give up gluten and sugar to find yourself. In fact, you probably shouldn’t make a giant and unsustainable diet change, in the hopes of finding yourself. Whatever you think you find there is probably just the moodiness that comes from being deprived of carbs.
Do you have the tact and perceptiveness to get around a new group of people, navigate all the various personalities, and get along with them all? Do you know how to pick your battles, bite your tongue, and appease people? Or, do people need to do all of those things to appease you?
