Before Keisha Lance Bottoms can set her eyes on the Thanos of the American government, she’s got an uphill battle in her own backyard.

Donald Trump loves to come for Black women. But we continue to show up and speak out. These seven sisters make it clear we are not the ones.

Former Atlanta mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms was at the center of a restaurant dress code controversy this week.

Bottoms, who also fell ill with COVID-19 last year, said that while the city-wide mandate has been lifted, people will still be required to follow mask-wearing protocols "in all city facilities," according to her most recent Twitter post.

"I am grateful that this lawsuit has been withdrawn and the time and resources of our city and state can be better used to combat COVID-19," Bottoms said in response to the withdraw.
