Our Evening Eye Candy Is Actor Stephen Bishop Of "Being Mary Jane"

We haven’t done one of these in a while! But what better way to come back than with Stephen Bishop’s gorgeous self? We peeped the 42-year-old actor on BET’s Being Mary Jane as Mary Jane’s ex-boyfriend, David, and we’ve been thirsting to see him come back on the small screen ever since.  Nothing like a talented man with good looks and a mean beard and goatee combo to brighten up a gal’s day. Am I right?

Being Mary Jane isn’t Bishop’s first time working with Mara Brock Akil. The actor actually appeared on a few episodes of Girlfriends back in 2004.

 One of Bishop’s biggest roles so far has been in the film Moneyball with Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill. He actually played David Justice, Halle Berry’s ex-husband. The role wasn’t too difficult for Bishop, who is actually a retired baseball player. He played for the Atlanta Braves for a short while, as well as a few minor league teams in the early to mid ’90s.

The ladies love Stephen, but so do the kids! And who doesn’t love a man good with the kiddies? These are pictures on the set of a film he was working on last summer.

 We told you that the kids love Stephen and he loves the kids, but he also loves animals. He’s a dog man…and a snake man…Yikes!

And word on the street (and in these photos…) is that Bishop gives a mean smize. Tyra would be proud, sir.
