Although there are labor laws and regulations and company policies relative to sexual harassment and discrimination, sexually explicit and racist comments continue to pervade throughout corporate America. Whether overt or subtle, the abundance of such comments indicates an overall lack of professionalism and integrity among your colleagues and a relatively weak management structure.
