3. Always brush your teeth!

Don’t think skipping a day won’t go unnoticed. In fact, brushing and using good toothpaste are perfect remedies for the enamel. If you have to write it down, do so. But the steps for proactive tooth brushing are in the morning before breakfast, and after every meal before bedtime. Make sure to floss in between, and gargle thoroughly for at least a minute for the solution to take effect. Try not to brush too hard as it will cause the teeth to weaken over a period of time.
