He’s More Tight With or Starts Saving His Money
Most men won’t propose unless they’re financially able to take care of a wife and a family. And because I’m sure he’s heard that an engagement ring should cost at least 2 month’s salary, don’t be surprised if your man starts penny-pinching here and there to save for it. A ring, a house…all of these things are huge investments, so he’ll start suggesting that you eat in more, go out less and put some money aside “for a rainy day.” Unless you’re hoping to marry a baller, most men need time to save for a ring and a wedding. If he’s cheap all of sudden, take that as a good sign!
