Set Your Intentions: Before you start to do this, sit and think about your intention for various aspects of your life. Be sure to include a loose timeframe.

Add Images of What You Want To Achieve: Similar to a vision board, you will use images to represent the things you want to manifest into your life.

Craft Your Emotional Experiencing Labels: Think of the emotions you want to experience and then literally write the words on strips of paper. You can have fun with this where certain colors of paper fall into certain categories or you use stencils, or different writing tools to depict what you’re working to feel emotionally.

Grid Your Board: Section board into categories like career, relationships, health, travel, etc. or for a more creative flow, arrange images more randomly. Start with a central image. In this case, I would say a central “word” of your Emotional Overarching Statement that represents a key aspect of your vision.

Prioritization: Place your most important, inspiring images/words in the center or at eye-level to draw focus. Arrange secondary images around the perimeter or in the corners. Use larger images/fonts for top goals and smaller ones for supporting visuals.

Color Scheme: You can be cute and demure and have a clean color theme or palette or go wild and do what you want. As long as the board catches your eye on a daily basis.

Textures & Layers: Play with fabrics, paper, stamps, stencils. Just make sure it’s visually appealing to you and keeps your eyes reading easily and effectively. Go wild with this step!
