If you notice that she has made a mistake, is experiencing some sort of wardrobe malfunction, is running late for a meeting, or any other event that may bring embarrassment to her, do what you can to cover her. Pull her aside and speak to her privately. Don’t sit and watch the trainwreck unfold when it’s within your power to help.
