Rihanna strikes again. The singer turned cosmetics guru covered the September issue of Garage Magazine in a pink floral blouse and gold, embellished, perfectly manicured claws. The outlandish nails are a fashion statement, at best. While her manicure was strictly for a photo shoot, there are tons of celebrities who wear extra long, flamboyant tips for sport.
