Signs It’s Time To Step Outside Of Your Comfort Zone

You Automatically Say “No” To Anything New/Different

Before someone can even finish telling you that you should try something new or different, you’ve already said “no.” For some people, “no” is their automatic response to everything and they don’t even realize it. The next time you’re posed with a question to do something outside your comfort zone, give a slow “yes” instead of a fast “no.”

Of course, you have your boundaries, but if you could practice saying “yes” just a little bit more, you’d probably be surprised to find out just what you’ve been missing out on because you were so used to responding in a negative context.
