Today is the 47th birthday of actress Tasha Smith. But in case you were living under a rock, you should know that the Why Did I Get Married? actress has an identical twin named Sidra, with whom she shares this special day. Sidra, who works behind the scenes in Hollywood as a producer, may share the same face with her sister (who was born two minutes before her), but she stands out on her own thanks to her bald haircut. But that doesn’t mean they don’t work together to do very twin-like things, including tricking people into believing they’re each other. Like the time they played a prank on Tyler Perry on the set of For Better or Worse. Sidra put on a wig and pretended she was Tasha, playing her character, Angela.

My sister started acting in the scene and she was horrible,” she said. “And Tyler said, ‘Cut! Cut! Cut!’ And then he looks at my sister he’s like, ‘Ok, action! Let me see what you got!’ And she starts acting again. And then he said ‘Ok, cut! Something is not right.”

After surveying his leading actress, he knew something was different, but couldn’t put his finger on it.

“I jumped from the behind the monitor and I’m like, ‘It don’t look right ’cause it ain’t me!’ she said. “He was just done. It was just so much fun. Everyone knew but him.”
