We hate to be a spoiler (kind of) but we can’t wait until Sunday night to have all the drama unfold on the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” reunion, which is why we’re happy In Touch has some exclusive tea to share. Though in the previews from the upcoming second and third parts of the reunion, we already know some text messages been Phaedra’s husband Apollo and Kenya Moore are going to come into question, but thanks to InTouch, we now know what exactly was said in those texts — allegedly– and who was crossing the line hardcore – allegedly  According to the mag’s insider source, Phaedra first confronts Kenya about hitting on Apollo which prompts Kenya’s response that it was her husband who reached out to her in the first place. Clarifying the nature of that exchange, Phaedra told In Touch:

 “Let’s get this clear, my husband just asked her for advice on an acting coach. Kenya continued to text him, saying, ‘Oh, you look nice.’ She propositioned him with a sexual act.”

No she didn’t!

What’s even more crazy is Kenya reportedly doesn’t even deny offering the proposition during the reunion, simply saying:

“Hitting on and flirting are two different things. That man is married. I respect the sanctity of marriage.”

I’m sorry, if you respected the sanctity of marriage you would be flirting with other single men, not someone else’s husband. And need I recall how huffy Kenya got at the mere thought of Walter having hit on Kandi back in the day before she even knew her? Now she wants to act like it’s OK to flirt with someone else’s husband. Girl stop. Sorry, woman stop.

Fortunately for Phaedra and Apollo’s union, the pregnant, soon-to-be mother of two isn’t phased by the nonsense. She told In Touch:

“I have a strong marriage. It’s not like Kenya revealed something I didn’t know. There are no secrets.”

Let’s hope that’s the case.

Phaedra Parks is always thinking about her health. She tells People, just because she’s pregnant doesn’t mean she’s eating for two.

“Some people subscribe to the myth, ‘I’m eating for two,’” says Parks. “Well, not really. The other person is half of a pound. I wouldn’t really count that as an individual. It’s obviously a living organism, but something weighing seven pounds doesn’t really allow you to eat two meals. Doctors say you only need an additional 500 calories.”

Parks, who released a workout DVD a few months ago, says she doesn’t find it hard to keep her weight down. “I don’t count calories. I just try to eat organic, healthy food. I eat a lot of small meals per day. If I want something, I try to eat it in moderation if it’s something that’s not good for me. I don’t really have any cravings. The only thing I [craved] during my last pregnancy were oranges. I love citrus fruit.”

We skipped out on Sunday night’s episode of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” but we did not miss this major tonsil wrestling, saliva swapping, lip swallowing kiss between the ultimate southern belle Phaedra Parks and her husband Apollo. We can’t tell you what prompted all the gum bumping in this pic, but we would love to hear your take on what was said to bring this type of tongue about — not to mention what was said after but we bet it was on and popping when they got home. Looking at this pic, I don’t think anyone is confused as to how Miss Phaedra and her honeypott became pregnant. Get it girl!

There are only a very small handful of marriages that have been able to withstand the realty TV curse and from a few rumors going around online, Apollo and Phaedra’s may not be one of them.

Granted this knowledge supposedly comes from a “friend of a friend” of the real housewife of Atlanta by way of MuthaKnows, but word is “Phaedra Parks’ husband Apollo Nida may have moved out of their marital home and gotten an apartment of his own in Atlanta.”

There are a couple reasons why this could be a possibility. One is the issue of Angela Stanton’s book and the supposed rumors/ratchet reality of the couple’s past that it exposed. I don’t know that Angela revealed any stunning revelations the couple wouldn’t have known about but Phaedra may think it’s not a good look to be associated with her ex-con husband right now while these rumors are flowing.

There’s also the possibility of infidelity which Straight from the A is reporting. Apparently some girl on Twitter has been putting messages out there about meeting a guy who calls himself Troy and lives on the fourth floor in apartments near Lavista and Cheshire Bridge Road in Atlanta. The woman says he “resembles Apollo” but since she has no photo proof and still can’t tell if he’s really Apollo or not, I’m going to guess he’s not and she’s just looking for some attention.

You also can’t rule out the need for Phaedra to have a new storyline and this could be it. Although I feel like Phaedra’s never sold herself out for the show before, she might be scared she could get the boot like Sheree. Hopefully none of these possibilities is the truth and Phaedra and Apollo are still going strong. Otherwise, another reality TV couple may have bitten the dust. What do you think?

Ahhh, reality television. What did we do without it? I personally can’t imagine my life without the ratchetness of Love & Hip Hop, The Housewives of Every City, Basketball Wives, The Braxtons and… well, you get the gist. Although reality television offers a very orchestrated look into the lives of “average” folks and celebrities, there are some lessons to be learned from the trials and tribulations of cast members. Here’s what I learned personally:

The last episode of Housewives of Atlanta was a controversial one. With the stripper at Kandi’s birthday party pleasuring himself and Kandi’s mother losing it over such a raunchy display of self-gratification, it was a wild night for the Atlanta cast. All the hoopla, however, wasn’t enough to distract me from Phaedra’s face. I can’t pinpoint it but something’s done changed about her appearance. I know her eye makeup has changed but I don’t think it explains the dramatic, yet subtle, changes. Do you see it?

I had to do a random google search and found something on the website celebrityplasticsurgery.com that has this to say:

 Phaedra Parks, star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, appears to have made a visit to the plastic surgeon’s office during her show’s most recent hiatus, as he face is showing some differences since last season, most noticeably in her eyes and forehead. Her forhead looks a bit smoother, and her eyes look a little more wide and vibrant. This tell us that she’s anyone one or combination of the following done: a brow-lift procedure, eyelid surgery(blepharoplasty), or a lot of Botox.

According to makemeheal.com, her new look may be due to some small changes:

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “It is appears that Real Housewife of Atlanta Phaedra Parks has softened the style of makeup she uses which has given her a more youthful and softer look to her face.  A little Botox to the forehead has also contributed to her new youthful look.”

We just saw Peter almost get his butt handed to him by Apollo for speaking ill of Phaedra on Sunday’s episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” but it seems watching that scene did nothing to make him keep his mouth shut.

In an effort to get publicity I mean clear the air, he spoke to UPTOWN magazine to tell his side of the story—again. Here’s what he had to say about Apollo and Sheree:

Husband Beef

“What people see is what it is. I don’t really know Apollo. Apollo felt like he was defending his wife [regarding] the UPTOWN article that I did . . . the article wasn’t about them. The article was about how I felt about what my wife said and what people were saying about, you know, UPTOWN Restaurant and Lounge and that she gave me money to do it and I wanted to set the record straight by saying yes she made a contribution but I didn’t take her wallet to do it.”

Sheree’s Problem

“She talks about everybody f****ed up all the time, especially my wife. She said my wife is spineless. She said my wife has no backbone. She said my wife follows around NeNe like some little puppy. She says a lot of really f****ed up things and my wife is too much of a classy chick to even go in on that so, when they ask me what I think, because me and my wife is one, I’m gone say how I feel. She thinks she’s cute but I don’t think she’s cute. If she thinks she’s cute, then that’s on her. It’s like when I watched [the show Sunday] night and she said ‘well, I know I’m cute’ and my answer was ‘really.’ It didn’t change how I feel. But all of that was at the top of the year. I just saw Sheree recently after the Soul Train Awards. She came through to Bar One and maybe she forgave me or I forgave her. We don’t know. Let’s see what happens next.”

Peter proceeds to talk about Nene and Kim’s big mouths, which only serves to prove a point Sheree made on Sunday’s episode: what kind of man talks about women behind their back? It’s bad enough when women do it, but most men don’t bother themselves with catfights unless they’ve got an ulterior motive (like getting people to visit his new bar).

I need Peter to pull a page out of the “Real Housewives of New York” chapter and see how well things worked out for Alex’s husband Simon when he started running his mouth to the media. To quote Apollo: “You too old.”

When the Real Housewives of Atlanta get together, you know drama will ensue. The stars of  just one of Bravo’s hit TV shows spoke with JET magazine for their November issue. And the topic of conversation was… each other.

The housewives, who experience periods of fluctuating turmoil and tranquility, friendship and hatred told JET magazine what they really thought of each other.

Sheree on NeNe: “I wouldn’t trust her as far as I can throw her.”

Kandi

               on NeNe: “She’s a hustler….She’s about getting paper.  She’s always got something in the works.” 

               on Kim: “She’s the type of person who knows how to play dumb when she wants to but really knows what’s going on…”

Kim – revealed that she finally stopped smoking once she got pregnant.

Cynthia on Kim: “We definitely had some tiffs, but only about trivial things.  But on the show it ends up looking like big things.”

NeNe

             on Phaedra: “I almost feel like she was that girl at home looking at the tv going, ‘Let me on that show!’  I call her Fake-dra.”

              on Kandi: “She’s real, she’s down to earth.  But Kandi is not easy to get to know.  I actually  find her kind of mean.”

              on Sheree: “Sheree is very mean spirited.  I think Sheree thinks she’s everything.  She’s got a bad attitude.”

 Whew! That was a lot but it’s nothing we shouldn’t except from this lot.

We love the ladies of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” for their no holds barred, larger than life, keep it all the way real (most of the time) personalities. And they sure do know how to bring the drama. But part one of the reunion show left much to be desired. Luckily the follow-up gave us a tad bit more as Andy poked and pried to get the truth once and for all.
