With the help of social media, plenty of fitness enthusiasts are using their platforms to give dietary advice, share workout tips and encourage other women to get moving. Even celebrities are becoming fitness enthusiasts. Quite a few stars showed us how they get in shape and inspired many of us to get in the gym and change our eating habits. Say what you want about having money, chefs or pricey personal trainers, but you can’t do anything without drive and work ethic. Check out 10 Black women who have all of that and more.
