Politician John Kerry had dreams of being president of the United States but after his failed bid to win the highest seat in the land, Kerry went back to working with Congress in Washington. Earlier this year, Kerry stepped into the seat of Secretary of State left vacant by Hillary Clinton. While the position has kept Kerry up late at night and traveling the world as part of the job, Kerry’s face has been looking a bit droopier and wider than before. Whispers in Washington began as many wondered if Kerry was the recipient of a bad Botox job or recent plastic surgery but his rep has denied the claim, blaming his new look on exhaustion.
