Now, keep in mind, this does not mean you run out tomorrow and quit your job, but it may be time for you to design a game plan of how you want to start or grow your business so you can focus on that full time.

Recommending a student for the job makes you look helpful, possibly throws a bone to a student who needs experience, and reminds this person that, if they want an experienced professional to get the job done, they’re going to need to pay professional rates.
