These Budding Black Stars Look All Grown Up At Variety’s Power Of Young Hollywood Event - Page 5
Young Hollywood is all grown up according to the photos from Variety’s Power Of Young Hollywood Event. Held at TAO in Hollywood Tuesday evening, the gathering honored Zendaya, John Boyega, and Chloë Grace Moretz, and brought out several of our other favorite budding young Black stars in film, television, and sports.
Speaking about her work as an actress, Zendaya told Variety on the red carpet:
“We all know it’s harder as a female to be in this industry. I need to do my job and do my part to make sure the young woman who comes up behind me has those opportunities, and it’s the same for the women who came before me and paved the way for me.”
