Goldie Hawn made a good point on a 2012 episode of CBS This Morning when she said, “The question is, ‘Why (get married)?’ it’s not, ‘Why not?’” She went on to say that she and Kurt Russell loved their lives together and didn’t see any reason to change what they had.
