Congrats! Actress Terri J. Vaughn (AKA Lovita Alizé Jenkins) Is Expecting!

If you ever watched “The Steve Harvey Show” you know that actress Terri J. Vaughn played one of the most memorable characters on the sitcom: Lovita Alizé Jenkins. We couldn’t forget her.
So we were excited to learn today that Vaughn, 44, is expecting her third child.
Vaughn announced the news in an episode of Cocoa Fab’s web series “Organized Home.” In the episode, she was planning a spring garden party for her girlfriends where she was planning on telling them. Terri prepared a chic outdoor space for her guests and cooked a lovely meal before she told them a few of her closest friends.
Vaughn told Cocoa Fab:
“I feel so excited to be able to grow our family and bring another life into the world. Mentally, physically and spiritually I feel grounded an ready to receive this blessing! I’m grateful to be chosen by God to be a mother.”
This will be Vaughn’s third child. Vaugh has a 12 year old son, Daylen Ali from her previous marriage to Derrick Carolina. Now she’s married to former arena football player and fellow actor Karon Riley, 35. The couple welcomed their first child Kal’El Joesph Riley in 2008.
