8. Seated guests should have the presenter’s undivided attention

Business partners or guests who attend a meeting should always be on time, prepared to listen, take notes and ask and answer questions of the presenter. If the environment turns out to be poorly monitored, impersonal or boring, you should never openly doze off or doodle on a notepad in the middle of a meeting.
