The Heat
Houston is all about heat and humidity. We put a sweater on when it’s any colder than 80 degrees outside. And it’s not really hot until it’s pushing 100 degrees with 90% humidity. It’s hard to keep your perm slick in all that humidity, but Houstonians wouldn’t have it any other way.
