The lives of many married couples become so out of balance due to the busyness associated with their everyday responsibilities (e.g., jobs, children, bills, chores, etc.). When our lives are out of balance, we can develop chronic stress that can cause myriad health effects, including heart disease, diabetes, depression and possibly cancer. Of course, there a plethora of ways that you and your spouse can de-stress such as practicing yoga, taking deep breaths, keeping a journal, taking a warm bath or simply slowing down. But, one of the best ways for married couples to de-stress is to listen to intimate and romantic music that not only soothes the soul but also helps to rekindle the fire that leads to great sex and intense orgasms. Here are 12 very sultry songs of 2010 that married couples may discover are very beneficial in relieving their stress:

Tank – “Foreplay”

Tank, who has one of the best tenor voices in music, returns with his latest album ‘Now or Never.’  With really steamy songs, “Sex Music” and “Celebration,” this album should definitely be in your music library upon release.  “Foreplay” appears to be the steamiest track on the album and suprisingly is relatively clean.

Trey Songz – “Love Faces”

Following the huge success of his album ‘Ready’ last year, Trey recently dropped another gem, ‘Passion, Pain & Pleasure.’ This album is relatively solid from start to finish with outstanding tracks such as “Massage” and “Please Return My Call.” But, “Love Faces” stands out as the hot and passionate song for couples.

Donell Jones – “Love Like This”
Donell Jones continues to write and make solid songs for lovers. Fans of his music are yearning for his upcoming album, ‘Lyrics.’ But, Jones does not disappoint on the lead single, “Love Like This.” This smooth and laid-back groove will definitely help couples to unwind after a long day.

KEM – “When I’m Lovin You”
The title of KEM’s new album says it all- ‘Intimate.’ The entire album bespeaks of intimacy. “When I’m Lovin You” is a wonderful song with a really lush sound and positive vibe.

Monica – “Love All Over Me”
Monica has had an outstanding year with the initial release of “Everything to Me.” She delivers really strong on “Love All Over Me,” which exemplifies the significant appreciation that married couples should continually have for each other.

Alicia Keys ft. Drake- “Unthinkable (I’m Ready)”

Arguably, one of the most seductive and laid-back grooves of the year, Keys’ “Unthinkable” leaves couples yearning for the “feeling that they never felt before” and asking “who will take the lead for the night.”

Jaheim – “In My Hands”
With “Finding My Way Back” and “Ain’t Leavin Without You,” Jaheim came out really strong this year, as usual. The one ballad that has a really nice vintage sound and displays his baritone voice is “In My Hands.”

Raheem Devaughn – “Lose Control”
With a sound similar to vintage Prince, Devaughn pens an uptempo track for the really frisky nights on the kitchen counter or on the wall when you can’t control yourselves.

Usher – “There Goes My Baby”

Usher offers a solid effort on ‘Raymond v. Raymond,’ though not as good as the classic ‘Confessions.’  But, “There Goes My Baby” is arguably one of the best songs of the year for lovers.  It truly bespeaks of how gentlemen should cherish their spouse- “loving everything you do, oo girl look at you.”

Dwele – “Dim the Lights”
This neo-soul giant, who has been putting out tight songs for a while, comes through again on the standout song, “Dim the Lights.” With the help of Raheem Devaughn, Dwele delivers a really steamy and hypnotic ballad that will ultimately lead to a darkened marriage bedroom.

Avant – “Skies Wide Open”
Avant never seems to disappoint his listeners. He teams up with smooth jazz pianist Brian Culbertson for a really nice ballad that is filled with nice metaphors.

Will Downing – “Shades”
Downing recently dropped another great compilation of love-making music, entitled ‘Lust, Love & Lies.’ This is definitely an album that you can listen to from start to finish with your loved one, but a steamy ballad that seems to stand out from the rest is “Shades.”

With Jazmine Sullivan, Tank, Ne-Yo and Marsha Ambrosius of Floetry slated to drop hot releases filled with more steamy ballads later this fall, married couples should be able to de-stress even more as the beautiful and colorful autumn leaves fall.  We would to hear from you on other romantic and intimate music that have been released this year.
