New Post Purchase Homeownership Certificate Program
(Washington Informer) — UCAP – United Communities Against Poverty – will launch a Post Purchase homeownership series beginning September 8, 2010. This program is designed to provide information that will assist homeowners to become more knowledgeable about homeownership.
The goal is to enhance the asset and maximize it as a wealth building strategy. Also, this program is designed to reduce or eliminate the possibility of foreclosure.
It will feature subjects such as: hands-on home maintenance instruction, green behaviors, energy conservation, budgeting, good credit maintenance, foreclosure prevention as well as other important subjects.
