(Washington Business Journal) — In the business world, nothing says mom ’n’pop more than a bed ’n’ breakfast. The owners, often a married couple, live a few feet from your sleeping quarters. They smilingly send you off to meetings or sightseeing with promises of afternoon tea and quiet reading on the back porch, using the hours in between to clean your room and launder your towels.
