Just last week we showed you the new promo photographs of the very revamped cast of BET’s The Game, which premieres March 26, and now we have a few trailers to give you a glimpse at what you can expect. Not a whole lot to see, but you get to see the new cast, with the addition of Lauren London and Jay Ellis in action.

In the first trailer, the “players” as it calls them are in full high-fashion mode, getting up close and personal with one another and giving good face to the camera. Definitely nice…and you can tell they spent some good money on this little trailer.

And despite not being a mainstay on this upcoming season, in an advertisement for both the new seasons of The Game and Let’s Stay Together, we finally get to see Pooch Hall, aka Derwin Davis, and his fine face again. And for some reason, we get a glance at a topless Wendy Raquel Robinson, aka, Tasha Mack, acting like…well, crazy Tasha Mack. Check out the clip and let us know what you think.

Well folks, no matter which “players” get in The Game, as the ads say, the show definitely goes on. And if you’re going to tune in, you might want to do so early so that you can catch Derwin Davis in action, because he’s going…going…and he’ll be gone. Once again, tune in for the the premiere on March 26 on BET.

“The Game” Recap: New Beginnings

Last night’s episode was a bore for me. Everything seems so rushed and thrown together without the storyline having proper time to develop. Next week is the season finale, so it will be interesting to see how this season is going to end.  I remember the days when one season ran from October to May. Now we only get two full moths of ‘The Game.” Dang, BET. Anyway, last night was all about new beginnings as the characters turn over new chapters in their lives, and try to move on from the past. See what happened when you read on.

There was no place to hide for “The Game” stars during last night’s episode. Malik Wright sought out refuge from his addiction in a cramped bathroom stall, Melanie tried to conceal the truth from Kelly Pitts in the VIP section of a club, and Tasha Mack was forced to come face-to-face with past feelings in a swank restaurant—confrontation found  just about everyone during the attention-grabbing episode.  Let’s check out Episode 6 highlights:

The Game Recap: Sticking to the Formula

There is only one way to play ‘the game’—by the rules. Rule number one for Season 4 of “The Game” is to: Stick to the Formula.  After watching episode 4, there is no question that the humor and comradery sprinkled with a bit of drama, as seen in previous seasons, is what fans love about the show. I don’t know if it’s just the Kelly-Pitts-lover in me talking, but last night’s episode brought me back to the good ol’ days. Let’s check out the highlights:

Bad-Boy-Baller Malik Wright is well known for his reckless ways—but rehab—the most avid “The Game” fan’s jaw dropped when that news broke.  However, if you were watching closely, you may have noticed that Malik has been clutching his bottle of prescription pills rather tightly since the season began and the bottle poppin’, groupies, and outbursts have reached a new high.  Will Malik Wright continue on his downward spiral or could he be a ‘Derwin Davis’ in the making now that he is headed to rehab—only time will tell and I’ll be watching. Let’s recap Malik’s road to rock bottom in Episode 4:

What’s the Game Plan?

I don’t know how anyone else felt, but immediately after episode two of “The Game” ended last week—concern set in. The dramatic story lines that were built over the course of an entire season—Tasha Mack vs. Kelly Pitts, the baby mama drama, Jason Pitts’ fading career—were put to rest in just 30 minutes—‘too soon.’ And after watching episode three, it’s obvious that my concerns were warranted. Viewers may find it difficult to stay awake, now that most of the drama has been put to bed.  Let’s recap episode three. There were a few scenarios that may stir-up some new drama for this season of “The Game.” Fingers crossed!
