(Atlanta Business Chronicle) — The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against nightclub Dreamz ATL, alleging the club’s manager fired a waitress after learning that she was pregnant.
The suit claims that when Latayea Cuthbertson told a manager she was pregnant, he told her that because of her condition she should not be working. The manager then immediately removed Cuthbertson from the work schedule.
