Judge Faith Jenkins may not be presiding over the cases of Janet Jackson, La La Anthony, Mary J. Blige, or Mel B., but the former Wall Street litigator and New York City prosecutor does have some insight on which parties have a legal leg to stand on and which are “trying it” for lack of a better legal word.
