(Fort Worth Star Telegram) — It will be crowded in Earlene Moore’s bakery kitchen two nights before the Super Bowl on Feb. 6.  Starting the previous Friday night and hopefully ending hours later, Moore and her crew of three “ladies” will make 1,500 bite-size cupcakes, put a Texas star in lemon butter icing atop each, and package them 40 to 50 to the box. Moore’s Lemon Cupcakes will then move to the living room of her south Arlington home, where they’ll wait to be driven to Cowboys Stadium and served to VIPs during an invitation-only pregame tailgate party Super Bowl Sunday.  No pressure or anything.
