(AJC) — With little discussion, the Fulton County Commission approved a tentative 2011 budget Wednesday that would consume 64 percent of the reserve fund, saving government jobs, keeping most programs intact and sparing taxpayers a millage rate increase.  The vote fulfilled a legal requirement to adopt a working document before the end of the year. A hearing for public input on the tentative plan will be held Jan. 5, and a final budget must be approved before the end of January.
