CHICAGO (AP) — Gov. Pat Quinn is encouraging Illinois residents to take advantage of a rebate program for energy-efficient appliances.
Under the program, shoppers can get a 15 percent instant rebate Friday when they buy Energy Star appliances, including dishwashers and refrigerators.
