(Wall Street Journal) — Bomb blasts rocked three establishments in Uganda’s capital late Sunday, a police official said Monday, in an attack targeting crowds that gathered to watch the final World Cup soccer match. By Monday afternoon, the death toll from the three nearly simultaneous explosions had risen to 74, the Associated Press reported citing Ugandan government spokesman Fred Opolot. Mr. Opolot said there were indications that two suicide bombers took part in the attacks.
