(New York Times) — Shoulder-to-shoulder they stand, the new marketing symbols of the New Jersey NetsMikhail D. Prokhorov, the team’s principal owner, and Jay-Z, the hip hop mogul who has owned a small stake in the team since 2004. On Wednesday, their likenesses were unveiled on two giant murals in Manhattan, one facing Madison Square Garden, with the audacious tagline, “The Blueprint for Greatness.”
