(Atlanta Business Chronicle) — An expanding federal government is injecting some fuel into one of the Atlanta’s sputtering economic engines — commercial real estate. In metro Atlanta, Uncle Sam already owns or leases a little more than 8 million square feet for office buildings, courthouses, laboratories and warehouses, according to the General Services Administration.
