The Mendocino County-bottled sparking wine is the latest in an ongoing collection of high-end products created by PLWC’s award-winning owners, known for their imaginative use of Swarovski crystals in their packaging and bottling. The African-American, woman-owned international company has been providing private label bottled water to its clients since 1992. These bottles were designed with the Affluent African American emerging market in mind.
