(Atlanta Journal Constitution) — Some of metro Atlanta’s vacant retail space is being filled with desks and whiteboards. Charter schools and technical colleges have filled several empty big box stores in metro Atlanta, though it probably won’t put much of a dent in the area’s vacancy rate of more than 10 percent.
