Broken Hot Pockets And Strip Club Confessionals: LHHATL Episode 4 Recap
Last night, K. Michelle showed her natural behind on the fourth episode of LHHATL, while Kirk and Scrappy just decided to watch nekkid booties at the strip club all while swapping marriage advice. And let’s not forget the love triangles between Stevie J., Joseline, and Benzino, and Traci Steele, DJ Baby Drew, and a strange woman at his home. Bottom line: there was a lot going on and we’re still early into the season. Check out what went down.
‘I Thought I’d Have To Sedate Cast Members!’ Shonda Rhimes Talks Revealing The Mole To ‘Scandal’ Cast
If you’re a “Scandal” fanatic like we are, we know you’ve been sitting on pins and needles every week trying to figure out who the heck the mole is on the TV show. It’s hard enough trying to figure out whether Jake is a good guy or not and whether we really want Olivia and Fitz to be together — not to mention keeping up with Cyrus’s antics – but this mole thing has just about everybody racking their brains, including the “Scandal” cast, according to Shonda Rhimes.
The creator of the ABC drama recently talked to The Hollywood Reporter about the biggest plot of season 2 and she said this about the big reveal:
“When we revealed who the mole was to the cast, cast members literally got up from the table and ran around the table screaming, which was hilarious. Then when we revealed the twist on the twist of who the mole was, I thought I’d have to sedate cast members because people were freaking out, which was awesome. It’s not just who the mole is, it’s who the mole is working with and what’s going on there that’s even bigger than just who the mole is. We’re really proud of who the mole is, that’s a pretty surprising twist but it’s even bigger than that.”
Considering there are only two weeks left in the season, we’re all wondering if we’ll get to find out who the mole is by May 16. All Shonda let on is how the season finale sets up the third season, telling THR:
“It leads into it quite well. We’re going to leave everybody over the summer, I hope, with their mouths hanging open a little bit asking how the hell they’re going to get out of this, which is our goal. We know how we’re ending the season and now we’re trying to figure out how we’re getting out of it (laughs). We end the season in a way that explodes the premise of the show in a way that’s good and strong and hopefully sticks with bold story telling.”
Well, at least that bids well for a third season of our favorite prime time drama. Any guesses on who the mole may be?
‘There’s A Big Difference Between 35 And 43′ Nicci Gilbert Speaks On Syleena Johnson Drama On Season 2 Of ‘R&B Divas’
We know that “R&B Divas” Season 2 trailer we showed you yesterday is still in your heads. You know, the one where Syleena Johnson told Nicci Gilbert to “suck 10 bags of d**ks” on her way out the door. Yeah.
Well, we had to know what all the beef between these two is about so we chatted up Nicci Gilbert to get the scoop and she did not hold her tongue! Check out what she had to say about why these two just can’t seem to get along.
10 Randomly Disturbing Things We Observed During The Second Episode Of LHHATL
“Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” just keeps getting better and better, i.e. more entertaining, and if you didn’t catch last night’s episode, you definitely missed out on some interesting drama. Don’t worry, we’ve got all the best parts right here for you in one place.
Rasheeda On K. Michelle: ‘I Think She Just Needs Some Guidance’
I love K. Michelle, but everybody knows the “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” (LHHATL) star is hilariously out of pocket on most days. Last season, Karlie Redd felt her wrath, but the second time around Rasheeda seems to be her number one target — stemming from her questioning whether Memphitz actually beat the singer, as if she made the whole thing up, at the end of season one.
But, for as much anger as K. Michelle seems to be holding toward Rasheeda, she actually seems to care less, calling the Memphis native’s antics run of the mill in an interview with CocoFab.
“I think [K. Michelle] just needs some guidance. She needs help,” Rasheeda said. What it’s like with her is like she done woke up and fell out the bed and bumped her head and now she’s thinking about Rasheeda again. She’s just that kind of person.
“I ain’t never did nothing to the girl to be honest. It just kills me when someone thinks they can say all types of things about people and just blurt out stuff, not just on me, but other people too. That’s the main person who has a problem with every girl on the show. But the second someone has an opinion and wants to say something about her, she just wanna go Goshdang ballistic.”
Rasheeda just may have a point there. Even though in the first two episodes, K. Michelle and Mimi have been buddy buddy, we already know within a few weeks the two fall out. That might leave Erica as her only potential ally, if she doesn’t turn on her too.
Overall, Rasheeda seems to find the whole drama K. Michelle starts amusing, especially the part about her supposedly not returning to LHHATL for a third season.
“I really can’t call it because I know there are things called contracts and you can’t just quit,” she said. “There are things you put out there that are true and things that aren’t. I don’t even think it matters.”
Good point. Check out the rest of Rasheeda’s interview on Cocofab, as she talks about being pregnant and having a “dysfunctional” relationship with Kirk.
What do you think about her thoughts on K. Michelle?
‘I Will Not Stand By And Watch My Brother Die:’ Iyanla Vanzant Tapes Open Letter To DMX
Beloved,
I know we haven’t spoken since our time together in Yonkers, but you have been in my thoughts and on my heart. And what concerns me is what I’m hearing from your friends and family and those who love you. And what I’m hearing is that they are just waiting for the call. They’re waiting for the day they get the call. And you know what I mean.
But I’m not waiting for that call. I’m calling on you, and I’m not going to give up on you. I will not stand by and watch my brother die. Over the years, I’ve worked with many, many people who’ve struggled with addiction. With help, healing is possible.
I want you to remember the person you became in the final months of your grandmother’s life. That’s a clean life. You can be that man today and every day. Just remember what your son said to you, “I want a relationship with you that is not toxic.”
My brother, Earl, DMX, I support you. I love you and I’m calling on all of my beloveds, my tweeple, my Facebok, my masterpiece families, to send you their love and support.
I know that there is no valley deep enough, no gap wide enough, no mountain high enough that love can’t conquer.
My door is always open.
Let’s hope DMX decides to walk through that door. What do you think about Iyanla’s letter?

Yesterday we shared the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta mini trailer that VH1 aired following the conclusion of Love & Hip Hop: New York‘s season finale. The brief trailer, lasting only 17 seconds assured LHHATL fans that their favorite ratch-pack would be sure to turn things up this season, just as they always do. But the newly released, extended trailer for the Atlanta-based telvision program is sure to leave fans with their jaws hitting the floor.
First, let’s address the obvious. Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez are still “together,” but it appears that he still may have something going on with Mimi, despite her newfound love in Atlanta “producer” Nikko. As if that isn’t interesting enough, it appears that this love triangle-turned-square has evolved into a pentagon. The big booty “artist” that we saw Stevie working with during the final seconds of last season’s finale episode also makes appearance and seems to be a permanent fixture this season. You can probably guess that Joseline isn’t too happy about this, but you know what they say about karma.
In another scene, it appears that Rasheeda is regretfully informing her husband Kirk that she’s pregnant. Seconds later Kirk is demanding a blood test. Now we know that reality TV editing can make things appear to be more than what they are at times, but Rasheeda clearly utters the words “I’m pregnant,” and Kirk straight up tells her “That right there, we will need a blood test.” This especially insane since Rasheeda didn’t appear too happy about being pregnant by her husband of 12+ years.
Of course, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta wouldn’t be Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta without a handful of fights breaking out. As to be expected, K. Michelle and Rasheeda are still going at it. K.Michelle and Mimi have their altercation. And Erica finally snaps on Momma Dee, attempting to lunge at her during what looks like some sort of family gathering. There’s a whole lot more going on, but we’ll let you check out the trailer for yourself.

Yes, Yes, And Yes: Iyanla Vanzant Is About To Fix DMX’s Life
Whew praise Jesus in the sanctuary right now! You don’t even have to be a fan of DMX to know when this man says it’s dark and hell is hot, the hell he’s talking about is his own life. I’d consider X to be one of the most emotional rappers around — not in the Drake sense — because you can feel the pain in his lyrics and even in his interviews, and that’s why I’m super psyched Iyanla is going to have a chat with him on the next season of her new hit show on OWN: “Iyanla Fix My Life.”
If you watched “Couple’s Therapy” two seasons ago, you’d recall the heartfelt breakdown DMX had as he talked about his mother not loving him as a child. The 42-year-old sobbed like a baby when he talked about the lack of a motherly influence, and that disconnect was used to explain why he’s cheated on his wife, Tashira, umpteenth times, not to mention his battle with drugs and alcohol. Though the VH1 show didn’t seem to mend much for X or his wife, who is rumored to have filed for divorce from him immediately after the series ended, I have faith Iyanla can help him get himself together.
Like Oprah, I think Iyanla can talk DMX through his emotions but also make him take responsibility for the way he’s mistreated his wife for 14 years. Oprah said in a recent press conference announcing Iyanla’s return for a second season:
“I am amazed at Iyanla Vanzant’s gift to just cut through the layers of people’s pain and their baggage and create a space in all of their hoarded junk emotionally. At the end of every show, you can see there is a crack, an opening for healing.”
Let’s hope she can get into that crack with DMX. The second season comes back on the air in April. Are you excited to see DMX on Iyanla?
What Had Really Happend Was…9 Dirty Little Secrets We Learned During VH1′s LHHATL Special
Because one season and two reunions just weren’t enough to capture the craziness that is the lives of “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta’s” cast, last night VH1 aired a “Dirty Little Secrets” special that brought even more skeletons out of Rasheeda, K. Michelle, Scrappy, Joseline, Mimi, and Stevie J’s ratchet closets. If you thought you knew all there was to know about these characters, you were wrong. Check out nine secrets we learned during last night’s special.

Even though the YBF reported at the end of last month that Keke Wyatt would be coming back for the second season of R&B Divas, the diva herself is neglecting to confirm those rumors. In fact, in a recent interview with Sister 2 Sister, she said: “I don’t know if I want to do season 2.”
The singer didn’t quite explain her hesitation to return but she did say that she’d miss everybody if she turned down the next season:
“I love all of them like they’re family even though sometimes they’re b!tc#e$,” she said. “Every woman could be a b!tc# at times. It’s just a natural born thing. Tell me one woman you don’t know who could be a b!tc#.”
‘Tis true. We didn’t see too much b***hiness on the first season, although many viewers felt Keke, Syleena, and Nicci all had their moments. So far though, the story is that Nicci Gilbert won’t be returning for a second season and neither will Faith Evans, but Monifah and Syleena seem to be in, along with Sunshine Anderson and Angie Stone.
Regardless of her pending return, Keke said she knows the show will continue to be a success, just like it was in it’s premiere season.
“Everybody done sold a million or more records a piece. So, if all of our fans watch, we’re good,” she said. “I’m grateful that it did what it did ‘cause I am, but I’m not surprised ‘cause God is good.”
Would you miss Keke Wyatt if she didn’t come back to R&B Divas?
