Beyonce’s Siamese Twin Sister Tells All! Exclusive Keyonce Bowles Documentary: ‘Life Is But A Scream’
She’s baaaaaaaack. No longer willing to be outshined by her twin sister, Keyonce Bowles decided to debut a documentary of her own on the same night as her Siamese twin sister. While Bey may have just told the world “Life is But a Dream,” for Key, “Life is But a Scream.” See her exclusive Madame Noire documentary right here.
Trailer Alert! Beyoncé Shows Us A Growing Baby Blue (In Her Belly) And The Chaos Of Her Life In New HBO Doc Teaser

While I was initially pretty “meh” about this documentary, I can’t lie, seeing Beyoncé showing off her bare belly with a growing child in it got my eyes a little wide and both my curiosity and attention (I stole that line from the Django Unchained trailer *smiles*). “Whaaaaaaaaat!? Now this should be interesting for real,” I said. Knowles dropped an almost 30-second teaser of her upcoming HBO documentary, which she directed and produced herself. In the teaser, the singer flashes a wealth of images that describe her life on camera, and talks about the battle she says she has gone through in her career when it comes to exposing her family and her love life to her fans: “I always battle with, how much do I reveal about myself?” We’ll also get to see more home videos of a young Beyoncé, as well as video of the singer rehearsing, on stage, moving about in the world as pan–make that, fandemonium ensues and more. But as I hinted to earlier, the most interesting part of this teaser is the glimpse we will get to see of Beyoncé during the early days of her pregnancy, and the baby bump as it grows and grows. I’m just trying to make sure we get to see a full shot of her and her belly, you know, so we know that it’s her. Kidding! But seriously, I’m excited to hear and see what she had to say about going through the ups and downs of pregnancy. I’m also wondering if she’ll respond to the many twisted theories and claims that her pregnancy wasn’t real. Either way, I’ll definitely be tuned in. The doc will premiere on February 16 and is sure to have people (especially the haters) talking. Check out the teaser below and let us know what you think. Should be good!
Are You Ready For Beyonce, The Movie, On The Big Screen?
Bey will usually drop a mini-documentary every now and then to build hype around a new album or single, but according to the LA Times, she has her eyes set on a feature length documentary showcasing the life and times of hers truly.
“Knowles and her representatives at agency ICM have in recent weeks been shopping a nonfiction film to Hollywood studios about the celebrity’s life and career,” LA Times reports.
According to a person familiar with the package who was not authorized to talk about it publicly, the movie is a mix of music and personal study, blending concert footage with confessional interview. Knowles not only stars in the project but is directing it, and will also serve as a producer. About 20 minutes of footage has been shown to distributors.”
Though a rep didn’t get back to the LA Times to comment on the news, it’s hard to imagine a studio turning this opportunity down. The Beyhive is probably more than ready to purchase a ticket to Bey, the movie, and even the Beyhaters will likely see what all the hype is about just to have something to talk about. If the goal is to make money, this is a win-win for all involved. Besides, entertainer documentaries are becoming the new trend in Hollywood. Justin Beiber had mega-success with his 2011 ”Never Say Never” documentary which became the highest grossing music concert movie since 1984. Katy Perry’s “Part of Me” just dropped last month, and though sales haven’t been great—taking in just $24 million so far—King/Queen Bey will no doubt eclipse that opening day.
Beyonce left a cryptic message on her website last week to get ready to leave your footprint August 19. No one knows for sure just what the multi-platform artist will unveil that day but she’s clearly ready to leave her mark in the documentary realm by directing, staring, and producing her own life for the big screen.
Would you check out a feature-length documentary on Beyonce?
