The Tragedy of Too Many Options: Celebrities Who Were Caught Cheating

Shaq’s new book, Shaq Uncut: My Story, the NBA legend writes about his infidelities against former wife, Shaunie Nelson, stating “I was a guy with too many options.” Some woman may be critical of a seemingly “lame” excuse, but Shaq’s admission is the reality for many men — especially for those deemed rich and famous. A married man intent on remaining so, goes out of his way to avoid compromising situations, but rich and famous men are magnets to single women. Often these gents don’t have the ability to avoid would-be home wreckers. Call it an occupational hazard. This list of other high-profile cheaters are clear examples of the fact that men exercising one too many options is far too common.

    I really don;t think Brad Pitt cheated “up”. I think Jennifer is better. As for J.Lo the  less said the better. That woman is a mess when it comes to romance.

    The only difference between celebs and the average Joe is that celebs get caught because they are under so much scrutiny. All you have to do go on craigslist personals and see how many married people are looking for a lil’ fun.

    im not sure about any of hale’s other break ups, but why is she constantly labeled a man-repellant or the perfect example of why black women “cant keep a man”?? look at what eric benet did to her! she just seems to have terrible luck with the men that come her way :-/

    I want to know when is society going to try to do something about this cheating epidemic that’s going on with majority of celeb and probably regular men. It’s now a matter of time before the next man is exposed. We are condoning way too much of this and giving passes,. It is traumatizing to a degree for women and that’s not an exaggeration. How are women ever to feel secure when all of them men examples out there (almost) are serial cheaters? The world is losing moral values and this is going to be expected now
